我加了

在我的 php 代码顶部，添加 mysql_query("set names 'utf-8'"); 之前 mysql_select_db("data",$db1);

in the top of my php code, add mysql_query("set names 'utf-8'"); before mysql_select_db("data",$db1);

但是mysql里面的数据还是像

but the data in the mysql is still like

mysql_query("SET NAMES utf8");
